Please see the handbook for more information. Thank you.

  Kindergarten Enrichment KAMP
Sunrise Kindergarten Enrichment KAMP is an academic year long, fee based, self- supporting community service which is designed to provide a safe and enriching environment for Sunrise kindergarten children and their parents who desire a full day experience for the child. It also alleviates parental concern for mid-day transportation. Enrollment is a nine month, five days a week commitment. Sorry, no drop-ins.
In addition to reinforcing what students are learning in their regular Kindergarten class, we will also explore other areas of interest such as Space, Bugs, Oceans, Jungle, Pets and more!  Students participate in enrichment activities such as reading and writing.  Exercise is an important daily addition to our program. Students may attend the Before and After School Program in conjunction with the Kindergarten Enrichment Program for an additional fee.

Ages Accepted
All participants in the Sunrise Kindergarten Enrichment Program must be age five by October 1st of the current school year and be enrolled as a current kindergarten student at Sunrise Elementary.

How To Register
To enroll, parents or guardians must verify and complete enrollment information on SchoolCare Works. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of registration. This deposit will reserve a space for your child in Kindergarten Enrichment. If space is available, enrollment can occur after the start of the school year. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required and the first payment will be adjusted for the number of days remaining in the school year.

Kindergarten Enrichment monthly tuition is calculated by taking the annual fee plus deposit for the total number of days students are in school and deviding it by increments to obtain equal payments:
$100.00 non-refundable deposit is required with registration and 9 equal payments of  $320.00 due the 15th of each month, August 15th through April 15th.
 Holiday Closures
The Kindergarten Enrichment Program at Sunrise follows the kindergarten schedule. Sunrise follows the traditional school calendar.
Cancellation Due to Weather
Closure of the school district due to weather conditions will automatically cancel the Kindergarten Enrichment. On delayed start days due to weather, the Kindergarten Enrichment Program begins 60 minutes later, at 9:00 a.m.
